Alright, of course (my bad hahah!). We'll solve this by troubleshooting the dangling symlink.
First check where the dangling symlink points: $ ls -l /lib32 $ readlink -f /lib32 If `/usr/lib32` exists, you can just recreate the symlink like this: (WARNING: only do this if you are *certain* that `/usr/lib32` exists) $ sudo rm /lib32 $ sudo ln -s /usr/lib32 /lib32 It might also be that you don't need `/lib32` in case you're only using 64-bit packages. In that case, I'd preliminarily say that it's safe to remove. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2169286 Title: noble→resolute: apt deadlocks does not upgrade libmutter-14-0 to 18 on partial GNOME install To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/2169286/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
