I forgot to mention. I will use <http://wiki.ubuntu-br.org/> http://wiki.ubuntu-br.org/ to host this translation. I am not sure other LoCo Teams have language-specific wikis, but Brazilian and Portuguese users use this one as well, AFAIK. :)
