Have you read my email and blueprint about Translations?
If you agree, I can start speaking with Ubuntu-fr Lead if they can host a
website such Ubuntu-gnome.fr
But, we already can start translating the en wiki to the
doc.ubuntu-fr.orgwebsite.
It is what I talk about in the translations blueprint; the official channel
for users in the biggests countries is the LoCo Team.

Can Ubuntu-br host an ubuntu-gnome.br website?
I think we could make a website translated in every language we can
translate and make hosted by a LoCoTeam.
