I feel we should be targetting different markets in subtle ways. We
should aim to support people's decision making process, when choosing
between Ubuntu and the alternatives, and so approach them in the way
they understand etc.

Can we define which markets those are? I am concerned that a lack of
definition at this point will lead to time spent on fruitless efforts that
either don't reach any market, or attempt to reach a market that we don't
actually need/want to.

I'm perfectly happy with targetting more than one market; I'm not happy
with just saying "Everyone!".

Ben
