Jeez, Cory, that one caught me off guard. I am very flattered by your question and very honored. Let me hold off answering that for a day or two to give others a chance to express their opinions; but you are right. the team does need to set up strong leadership and that is something we should do soon.
Until we have more of a consensus on leadership, I guess I'll "lead" the writing of the marketing plan. It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it LOL.
