Andy,
Couple of questions:
1.) Does GRUB report an error, and or does it give windows as a boot
option?
2.) Do you have an "Original" Windows installation disk? (XP/2000, you
did not specify)
3.) Are you wanting to remove GRUB AND Ubuntu, and only use Windows?
