Alright, I found the solution. First, Google "Remove Grub using Ubuntu Terminal". Second, choose the link that has linuxforums.com. Click the Ubuntuforums.com link, and skip to page 2. Enter the terminal code from the second or third entry. This can be done from both a Real installation of Ubuntu OR Ubuntu Live CD. If you have recovery disks, simply recover your PC. Otherwise format your Windows HD then install Windows. Everything should work fine.
HOWEVER, I am not sure if this works with all PCs with all versions of Ubuntu/Windows. I tried this on my pc, a IBM NetVista 6274-11U with a Windows XP Professional OS and Ubuntu 7.04, using a Live CD from the book Ubuntu For Non-Geeks by Rickford Grant, available from Santa Clara Public Library, Central Park branch by Saturday, after I return it :).
