Your best bet would be figuring out how to re-configure grub for your windows partition. I know its not easy, just be glad your not using Lilo!
Barring that the link below will take you to the live cd download cite. http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download That link will take you to the section for live cd's. Download the iso and burn it to disk.
