Yes, there may be 3k different results but you aren't going to hit new
content EVERY single time you make a choice.  In my three playings
alone we ended up hitting some of the same story plots which is why I
feel it is best spread out a bit.

I can only speak from my experience WITH the game, not the logistics
of possibility.

My assessment is - spread it out.  Others may find otherwise.
