Hi Simon,
We just give our customers two sets of prices and tell them that we'll
bill them at whichever works out at the cheapest for them in any given
month.
95%ile based: £2.50/Mbps commit or £3/Mbps burst
Volume based: £0.05/GiB commit or £0.06/GiB burst
The per GiB pricing was derived by checking 95%ile vs volume based usages
for customers over the previous few months and coming up with something
that looked sensible.
