We're actually looking at them right now as we're with Gradwell (have been
for many years) and whilst they might be good guys, the service has never
been awesome, only average at best with IAX trunks - congestion ("All
circuits are busy now"), dropped calls, then the unholy mess that was the
recent migration. Not to mention ever increasing costs for numbers as well.
So with that in mind, I wouldn't place too much faith in the QMA at ITSPA
personally.

Take a look at http://dial9.co.uk/ - the aTech guys are fantastic to deal
with. Friendly, helpful, knowlegable. Can't ask for much more!
We use the same aTech Telecoms software that powers Dial9 for our internal
PBX and it's nice and easy to use whilst still having all the features that
you expect.
(aTech Telecoms is the on-premise version of the software, Dial9 is the
hosted PBX service.)
