Actually Neil, I'm pretty sure we had to do this during my time at LINX when we were loaned some gear by one of the vendors - and we did get retrospective TA granted while the kit was held in Customs, but there was some farting around involved. Of course, I didn't think it relevant at the time to bother a Board Member with such administrivia... :) Cheers, Mike
