I have 40G with them and haven't noticed anything going down hill, but I've only had one interaction with them since:

I opened a support ticket with them the other day after my NL <> UK wavelength was reporting fcs errors on the UK side. They promptly sent someone out to clean the fibre which resolved the issue. Timing on this ticket was 11:45am opened, 12:33am "requested that the DC clean the fibre and optics", 14:23am an e-mail back saying it was done (services restored approximately 13:30).

This seems like it went very smoothly. Have you had a different experience? I need to add more traffic so it would be good to know your story.
