Now I'm going to feel really guilty if it isn't what you need.  I'm sure you 
can ILL it to see if it's helpful, but I did notice that amazon.com has the 
1989 version for 40 cents or the 1991 version for 6.08 (plus S & H of course).  
If you go ILL, get Jane Hansen's When Writers Read also.  Check out the
