Drats! Unless one of those is an obvious mistake, it is a case of glyph
variance (like single and double slash on "$"), which prevents a clean
decomposition to either U+0047 U+0338 or U+0047 U+20D2...
Why would you want to decompose it? We don't decompose dollar or yen.
