I am in Seattle on Lake Union for 10 years. I put a low voltage air dryer/heater in the engine room and a small space heater in the cabin which comes on at freezing. Never had a freezing problem - even better in salt water since the water temp is almost always well above freezing.
To keep the boat "fresh" I have a dehumidifier which drains into the kitchen sink, Uses about the same power a 100 watt bulb. Very effective. I drain the water tanks down then refill in the spring. I have an in line charcoal water filter which works great on the taste. But I would rather have the boat in Florida I think. Maybe some day...................... --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "UnifliteWorld" group.
