I have a slightly oversize Bruce with 200' of chain that works well.
Since you are in the NW don't forget to check out Second Wave, the consignment used marine gear store. You might save a few bucks on a good used anchor. They have a pretty good website listing the inventory. Also, considering the current economy, you might have them on the lookout for someone bringing in a used 45# anchor w/chain and fender attached.
