Two years ago I repainted my 1975 aftcabin 36' uniflite myself and I
have never painted anything before. I bought a sprayer at harbor
freight for $39:00 and took of the rubrail and had it polished and it
now looks like chrome. I painted everything above the rubrail. I
painted it on a concrete slap i park my boat on in the off season. The
whole job(the painting) with paint and supplies was under five hundred
dollars. Yes there was a lot of work sanding and filling stresscracks
and priming but it came out really nice. At least that's my opinion
and others in my marina. rich
