Thanks but I still am not sure what rated means. You are talking to a
electronic moron. (Everybody is ignorant right?, Just on different
subjects)

So here is what I know. The dc panel breaker appears to be 25 amps and
the in-line pump fuse is 15amps.

Should I put another 15 amp traditional fuse in line to replace the
one I have?
