Thanks for the clarification Kent. We only have a bimini top up on the fly bridge. During the summer months I will stay up there but when the weather gets bad I head straight down to the lower helm. It is nice and warm and usually the first mate has a pot of nice hot chili or something brewing on the stove. Much better for me than being up top. That is why I haven't even bothered to close in the fly bridge with a full canvas top.
