There are some pics of my 31' express on a trailer here: http://picasaweb.google.com/tomdepot/Agnes04?authkey=Gv1sRgCNb6vqPZnpWoQw#
I bought a triple axle and moved the bunks out as far as I could. I would get a triple axle and not a double, but that's up to you. Eric on this site has a 27' with a double and he has no problems. I am all about projects but I didn't hesitate to buy a trailer instead of building one-I have spent enough time on the boat itself. If I understand your info request, I don't have a keel support. There are two bunks towards the bow that I didn't have to mess with that are closer together (the keel goes between them), and the bulk of the weight is on the main bunks of course. I did have to cut about 18" off of the bunks because they were too long. The props are behind the bunks, not between. The trailer is a magic tilt I believe and it is a perfect fit. It's nice to have your boat in your backyard. If you want any specific measurements I can try to help you out.
