Matt,

If things were in that bad of shape your dive service would have probably
told you about severe pitting or other issues.  Do you ask for him to keep
the old zincs that he pulls off so you can see them?  If  you have zinc left
when you are doing changes, what makes you think things are in such bad
shape?  You are sounding very "glass is half empty? my friend.  Until you
see for yourself that there is an issue, I wouldn't sweat it so bad.  When
are you pulling it out of the water next?  And if you are looking for
suggestions on places to get parts...it would probably help to know where
you live, so people can give you relevant suggestions.
