I would change out both impellers (port and stbd; do one, do both) and
perhaps move on to pulling the heat exchangers and taking them to a
local radiator shop to have them boiled out.  This will give you a
base line at least for routine maintenance items.  Those items are
easy to do. If you find you are missing a few vanes from the impeller,
start looking downstream in your cooling system to retrieve the broken
pieces.  I would bet you will find your culprit and get to know your
engines.

Also, if you don't already have one, you might want to invest in a
laser thermometer.  Get the engines up to temp and shoot the cooling
system.
