Why not call whomever owns and runs the store and ask them why or if
they want to move? -- they can answer your question, nobody here can, we
can only speculate. Find out the facts and let us know what they say. As
we've seen, everybody speculating gets us nowhere. 

We have a tendancy on this list to ask one another when we could be
asking the people who know, not the people who are simply convenient.

how the state store could be improved at its current location. but we'd
