Hi all, Just got a new-to-me box running Ubuntu 6.06 LTS. I'm totally noob to Linux, but I guess I'm going to jump right in with both feet. Heck, I'm so noob I don't even know what RPM stands for. Am I to understand that if I download and run (double-click?) the 6.2.2 RPM, it will run the equivalent of an installation exe? The LinuxInstallationGuide in the wiki has a nice little note about which version of Perl is required - is this included in the RPM, or do I need to install it separately? Perhaps Ubuntu 6.06 has a resident version? I really don't have a clue! Any tips about what I need to do to get started without getting discouraged right off the bat appreciated. Thanks,
