I have done a hard disk install of SlimCD 1.86. I have Samba running on the SlimCD machine and at first it seemed to work easily.
On my Windows XP machine I see the share I created on the SlimCD machine and I can copy music files to the share. Unfortunately when attempting to copy a folder of flac files over to the Music share on the machine running SlimCD, the Windows XP File Explorer freezes up and this happens every time. It takes a long time for the file Explorer to time out.
