Depending on what kind of setup you have I'll recommend ClarkConnect. I'm running ClarkConnect headless and it has worked perfectly. After completing the setup there has been no need to interact, except upgrading Slimserver - which can be done using PuTTy. The link provided by the previous reply by Pale Blue Ego is an excellent instruction to ClarkConnect.
