You can have n-outputs with brutefir, but I doubt that this would work
with the squeezebox outputs, at least with my plugin. But maybe you can
have a flac file with n-channels, stream this via digital out to your
amplifier and split it there? If this is possible it should be no
problem at all using this plugin.

Maybe it would be better to use a mini-PC with an audiophile soundcard
where you have more outputs and solve the problem of the remote control
(maybe the new remote with the display?!).

Sounds interesting, did you try it out? Maybe this would be a solution
for all the people that are willingly to pay some money for more
convenience...
