You can add attenuation to the inputs. I think I will add a minimal
attenuation setting to the configuration, that is added to the brutefir
config files. I have the clipping issue as well, look at the EQ stuff
and the attenuation setting, that is added to all inputs after changing
EQ, for my filters 3dB of attenuation fixed the clipping.

I am setting up my webspace again (the x-time) and will add a page for
the plugin. Maybe I can even setup CVS or SVN with my provider (have to
check this out). Right now it would be the easiest way if you would send
a patch.

If you have any idea you are more than welcome to fix it. I just
started the plugin because I wanted to play with brutefir filters and
EQ. So any fixes, patches and improvements would be great.
