I don't know anything about SSODS, but if you are running a terminal window to the server on your desktop machine, on most linuxes, you can highlight the text line on your desktop machine
sed -i '/^[^#]/s/mplayer.sh/mplayer-stdout/;/^[^#]/s@/dev/fd/[EMAIL PROTECTED]@' /volume1/SqueezeCenter/Plugins/Alien/custom-convert.conf Then move to the linux terminal window and click the right mouse button. This will copy and paste the text between the two windows and save you typing an unintelligible line of text which is easy to get wrong. -- Patrick Dixon www.at-tunes.co.uk ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Patrick Dixon's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=90 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=46535 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
