The conf file looks ok. You need to confirm that the installed mplayer are suitable for your system, installed in the right place, accessible and are executable.
The "unrecognized command" error soundles like either mplayer is not marked executable or else is not in the directory. Do a "ls -l" on the SSODS/Bin directory and post the listing. It should list all the files and their permissions. Look for the mplayer foiles and see if they are executable.
