Second the vote for Grip. I'd also recommend Cowbell for tagging. Grip has options for "paranoia" and extra paranoia in case you really want a _clean_ rip. I haven't spent much time with other programs like any of the "all in one" jukebox progs but they may do just as well. Really prefer to keep it simple with multiple specialized apps than something bloated.
