Tagging is an arcane art and unless whoever you get happens to have dealt with the fun things some stupid taggers do (I happen to like using the program named 'id3v2' to set, well, id3v2 tags... it tends to get very stupid dealing with non-latin data and I believe it is the one that likes shoving utf8 data into id3v2.3 tags, which is a no-no, making it so only it will deal with the tags.. Picard, SBS, and EyeD3 certainly get annoyed at that). That is why this forum can be much more useful than support, especially for complicated things. For virtually any bizarre problem, someone has seen it and had to deal with it. But, yeah, they -should- know about the SORT things. There is a support person who reads here (Osama? Are you there?), perhaps he can educate some of his cow-orkers so they know the sort tags are available and if set inconsistently will produce some pretty strange results.
