I believe this is fixed in the latest git version of squeezelite - please test once Clive has made a testing version (or pull from git to test before). The issue was that for normal streaming, LMS strips of ID32 tags at the start of the file so squeezelite does not need to deal with them. In the local file case it needs to deal with them and was not doing so correctly.
