Hi Steen,

Just to note I just hooked up one of these
http://hifimediy.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=62&product_id=127
directly to the RasPi Header5 via I2S and using the latest version of
Picoreplayer. Working perfectly first time. Thanks for the upgrade
making this possible.

I am wondering, tho, why the aplay -l command shows this:

ard 0: ALSA [bcm2835 ALSA], device 0: bcm2835 ALSA [bcm2835 ALSA]
Subdevices: 8/8
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0
Subdevice #1: subdevice #1
Subdevice #2: subdevice #2
Subdevice #3: subdevice #3
Subdevice #4: subdevice #4
Subdevice #5: subdevice #5
Subdevice #6: subdevice #6
Subdevice #7: subdevice #7
card 1: sndrpihifiberry [snd_rpi_hifiberry_dac], device 0: HifiBerry DAC
HiFi pcm5102a-hifi-0 []
Subdevices: 0/1
Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

Clearly I do not have a HifiBerry Dac so wondering if you could give
some understanding why I see this? Presumably the name is hard coded
somewhere? Is it actually looking to see what is attached or just
recognising there is an device connected via I2S?

Anyhow thanks again for your work on Picoreplayer, I continue to use and
enjoy it. Any further thoughts to porting to BeagleBone Black?

Cheers,
Chris
