When I used the menu option to go and change the start string it reported as below so I just left it as it was and its working fine with my DAC: 1) Change Player name (Current name is: -n piCoreHiFiBerry) 2) Change Output setting (Current setting is: -o sysdefault:CARD=sndrpihifiberry) 3) Change ALSA setting (Current setting is: -a ::32:0) Are the Hifiberry modules necessary for my DAC to work? Could you briefly explain what the modules are and if the relate somehow to the DAC in use? Just out of interest - as I say its all working fine so far.
