hi Chluz, Sounds like you are on top of it now. - I would also like to try an edimax. The ralink ones that use the driver rt2800usb do seem to have an issue that has been around since 2010. - I can't really recommend a hub. Some say not to use USB 3.0 hubs. - If you have time, try RMA. There is no guarantee though, as your first one is probably the odd one. - piCorePlayer does work on the Model B+ (requires insitu upgrade to 1.16a). The model B and model B+ are the same price (or very close) in Australia. Does the Model B+ sound better? Good question! The model B+ has removed one hardware clock and gone to a software/firmware solution. The power circuits are now switchers instead of linear regulators. Audiophiles will be crying. regards ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Greg Erskine's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7403 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97803 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list unix@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/unix
