I successfully reinstalled SoA. I used a new SD card, but I'm sure the existing one would have worked had I overwritten the image. The only problem is that SoA won't reboot itself after each stage of the process. I just unplug power to the Wandboard and plug it in again after a few seconds. Once I started up rpcbind manually on the Wandboard using PuTTY I was able to mount my music drive, and once I started up LMS I was able to run a complete scan and now I'm happily listening to Boccherini, Zappa, and everything in between.
