If wanting to use the brutefir plugin at all, you really want to be
using something with more horsepower than a Pi! ;)

Doesn't currently, but probably only an hours work to provide the
mechanism that would allow you to specify a default filter and override
it with a filter per sample rate.

Noted. It's the PCMtoDSD, and/or native DSD output functionality, that
I'm really interested in being tested by a wider audience, even though
the target audience for that is very small. That's my current priority.
I'll solicit feedback on the other functionality at a later date.
