You could personalise the SD card. See https://www.picoreplayer.org/how_to_setup_wifi_on_pcp_without_ethernet.shtml I've not tried this on one that has already been set-up - i.e. to change the WiFi details but if the file remains on the boot partition and is actioned from there (even if copied into the Linux area on boot the effect would be the same). The only problem would be if it is only used on first boot.
