The diagnositcs on the wifi page provides good data.  And if you have
wifi setup.  Boot with both wifi and ethernet connected, and then supply
the boot log.  (Diagnosits|logs|boot)

Since I trust that you are entering your SSID and password properly, I
would bet a beer that your DHCP server is taking too long to
respond.....there will be clues to that in the boot log.......and then
you can increase the value for Network Timeout on the Wifi page.

Specifically, the boot log will show you if you are authenticated to
your SSID or not.....when the network timer times out.
