Nancy-
Since you've been using a fairly fast G3 upgrade and have had no 
problems you may be OK. I would go ahead and try the install with the 
ram you have. If it works- no worries, if it doesn't start pulling the 
older and smaller chips (as indicated by ASP) first.

  My old 32 M chips are fine- from a 1996 J700. I'm now up to OS 10.1.4.
