There were 2 special updates that were required after 10.1 but before 
the 10.1.5 combo could be applied. One was the installer update, and 
the other was some sort of security update. I recall them both 
popping up as I was installing/updating 10.1.x on my Beige G3, but 
since it was over a T1 line it happened too fast for me to get all 
the info.
