Hi there, I ran into this problem too..pulled my hair out, re-installed
twice...GRR anyhoo, I figured out that once I installed 10.1 I ran the
security update (10-19-01) this is a must and do this FIRST, then you have
to run the installer updater 1.0 in order to install any further OSX update
(eg:10.1.1 etc) I installed all the updates from 10.1.1, to 10.1.3 combo
(then did software updates) then ran security update (7-18-02) before I ran
the 10.1.5 update (they say to do this on apples website) then once 10.1.5
was installed ran software update again, and then everything was smooth as
butter when I installed Jag over this and it works flawlessly....this is on
a 7600 (single and dual(on board video) works great...classic works fine
with 9.1 installed although I have 9.2.1 installed on another
partion....hope the abouve info helps
;
