This card should work fine in OSX. There is a work around which many
cards often need including the Radeon and Radeon 7000. You open
XPFacto and at the top under "openfirmware" you will see "input" and
"output" choice keyboard in "input" and your iXMICRO under "output"
This usually fixes the problem. Also booting in Verbose mode will
often work when regular booting doesn't and also gives clues about
what is going on. Also have you tried the throttle settings in XPF?
The higher the number the slower the cpu runs for booting only which
helps many upgraded machines boot. 8 is default number but many
machines will boot at a higher number in fact I'd start with 24 and
if that boots try lower settings until you find what works with your
machine. There are so many things that could go wrong it is hard to
tell for sure what the problem is sometimes. Best of luck Will S
