I wasn't going to just toss it! I meant I would like to have it out of the machine! It's kind of too loud for my tastes, especially compared to my Western Digital ATA waiting for me (apparently among the people that I know I am the only one who keeps a tower cased computer on their desk!).
But the suggestions are helpful. Could I use this drive/install on another old-world mac with no modification? As in as plug and play as SCSI gets? I have a 333mhz xlr8 that could use it as well.
