> I started with mail v1 and wasn't too impressed <Nod> Fair comment. It was a little limited.
> - mail v2 is a load > better, Yep, agreed. > but not as good (in my opinion) as outlook express. OE is a good package, but I only use it as an interface to Hotmail, which is my spamtrap anyway. It's vastly too insecure for daily use. It's too easy for viruses to activate in the MS clients; I don't trust them and I won't use them. Not as bad on Mac as on the PC, but still a problem. > I was hoping > that outlook would take the crown but no joy... Very powerful, but big, slow, clunky, and unstable. My clients love it. I won't touch it. > do either of you use palm? we've been using palm desktop here for ages > and it's really clean. how does iCal/iSync etc compare? Nope. Psion user; I've tried Palm and WinCE and the old Psion 5mx with EPOC32 (Symbian OS v5) is still VASTLY superior to anything newer, in my opinion. -- Liam Proven http://welcome.to/liamsweb -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
