Why does Safari have 16 cache folders with 16 subfolders in each? How about an iTrim app for reducing system folder size?)

Dunno about this one, I haven't really done much with Safari. But really, who cares if it has 1000 cache folders? Drive space is cheap.

This response was harsh in its whole but the only issue I really have with it is the above quoted - oh resources are cheap so we should squander them? That is an MS thing, why does Word 98 use 90% processor time in the background on a G3 running 9.2.2? Because it can, because they don't care. AppleWorks 5 used 2-6MB of RAM, Word 98 wanted 32-64MB. Just because a resource is cheap does not mean that it should be wasted.
