stability of WindowsNT. It's called WindowsCEMENT. Microsoft says
that as soon as CEMENT boots, consumers will see & feel the difference.
With the weight of Microsoft behind them, there's no bounds to the depths
that can be reached. The ocean's the limit! Consumers will be stuck forever,
according to Microsoft.
