No worries, I love Eclipse.
I'm also a big fan of Eclipse. When I decided to try Eclipse I had a hard time getting all the plugins I wanted to use working properly, but then I found EasyEclipse (http://easyeclipse.org). I use the PHP distro, but there are several other distros there as well.
Another Eclipse based distro that looks very promising is Aptana (http://www.aptana.com). It's already a great IDE for HTML / JavaScript and they're adding PHP functionality now. Something that I really like that I just noticed is when it does code complete it tells you if the function is part of PHP4, PHP5 or both.
Aptana is by far the cleanest, most professional looking Eclipse distro I've seen yet. It has more of an "it just works" feel to it when you open it up, and they've organized it pretty well.
I haven't used Aptana for any serious coding yet, so this is all at first glance.. hopefully I'm not disappointed. :)
There's my 2 cents on the topic, as always, take it for what it's worth. :) Brady _______________________________________________ UPHPU mailing list [email protected] http://uphpu.org/mailman/listinfo/uphpu IRC: #uphpu on irc.freenode.net
